Permanent Makeup comes to Historic Downtown Twin Falls

Permanent Makeup, the hot beauty trend for 2005, has arrived at Warm Art Tattoo & Body Piercing, LLC in Historic Downtown Twin Falls. Rod Kinney has recently completed the first half of his training with Conne’Lord, trainer for Permanent Cosmetics of Utah, and will be a certified Permanent Cosmetic Artist after the first of the year.

Permanent Cosmetics is cosmetic color applied beneath the surface of the skin (Tattooing) to create beauty that won’t run, smear or rub off. It saves time for the busy person on the go, and is great for women who have difficulty applying their makeup, lead active lifestyles, or are allergic to conventional cosmetics.
For his client’s safety, Rod uses only sterile needles that are disposed of after each use. Also, he can make arrangements with a neighboring physician or dentist to prescribe anesthetics to make the procedure comfortable. Rod brings 11 years of conventional training in body piercing, branding and tattooing to his permanent cosmetic work so his clients know they are going to have a terrific look.
Rod is a lifetime resident Twin Falls, and has owned and operated businesses in Historic Downtown since 1975 and is pleased to bring this much needed service to Historic Downtown.
